SUMMER 2007

Might as well get this season rolling. Multi-purpose - Pink driveway Chalk. Walk away
for just a moment and you never know what he will devise ...Seldom a dull moment!
We're progressing to quiet moments. Quiet Time
(Notice the shirt. an upside down monkey with it's tail wrapped around the word CRAZY.
Goofy. Imaginative. Also apply... I wish I had pix of the day he drew twenty or thirty vertical
red strips with RED MARKERS on Joanie's two little white Rat Terriers... I had to walk away to laugh... :•{}

Another trip to the FOrt Worth ZOo for two very well behaved young lads.
Accompanied by Gramma Sue, Grampa Bob and Mo

After six months of work on the Eagles Nest house, packing, purging, cleaning, painting and
exploring a bit of Texas. Visits with relatives and genetic links to Donnie,
we finally waved goodbye and headed west. With Tater standing guard!

The trip took seven days. Stops in Santa Fe, Chama and Bloomfield New Mexico.
Arches National Park in Moab, Utah. We also paid visits to such "Great American
Roadside Attractions" as The Cadillac Ranch in Texas...



Settle in for the night and then on to New Mexico!
Santa Fe. Too much touristas. North to Chama, NM. Terminus for the Cumbres and Toltec Historic Railroad.
An evening of Cowboy music and BBQ with seniors travelin the Great American West.

JULY 2007 • In and around Carson City

Meals are important times. Boy knows if he gets up and wanders off - Tater just might (will) finish the meal...
Gone in 60 seconds. Perhaps not the tomatoes, but for sure the eggs and butter. :)

Big deal, he can drive. He can NAIL a "K" turn! Figured it out himself. Trusty dog at hand...

Bridal Veil Falls, El Dorado County (Hiway50eastbound) Donnie suggested the bike shot himself. Good eye, kiddo.
