We drove up in my rig behind Ms Jackie and Mr Troy, Their Gramma, and Walker!
Donnie had close encounters with quite a number of "characters". First at the gate was Duck Man, a goofy fellow with a duck on his head and well, a giant spoon... Then onto the Trebuchet launching "goat bladders" (tiny water balloons) into the crowd. The characters were very gracious and generous with their interactions. Among other things, Donnie was treated to a specially guided tour of the fairy garden. And the opportunity to squeeze the air out of a pipe bladder. Our kind of fun!


Donnie enjoyed musicians and dancing... and butterflies!

He met knights, witnessed processions, and donned a bit of armor.


The infamous Valhalla Goat Jousting left our men folk "ready to ride"...

...the 700 pound hobby horse. Then it was off to the guillotine for Mr Troy...
